It can also facilitate the erection of columns with ease. Its primary function is to securely hold and suspend timber planks above reinforced steel bars during concrete pours. This design aligns with the standards set by BS8102:2009, which recommend avoiding non-integral kickers during construction due to their need for multiple water bar stops at slab joints and wall intersections.
The Kicker Bracket features a mild steel brace that securely locks into position, holding a 5mm steel wire chair, ensuring precise and high-quality concrete up-stands for vertical forming.
